As a family business, we have been working with flour since 1910. Like flour itself, we are masters in the art of transformation.

Perfect flour requires the right parameters. Even the basic product – a purely natural one – must arrive at our mill in excellent quality. But our employees are just as important – and couldn’t be better qualified. We create a motivating and constructive working environment to support their development. The third key element is our technology, which here in Vandoies is state-of-the-art. Only with these three components can we produce the premium flours that inspire not just us, but also our customers.
